Development History
In 1984, as the pioneer of acrylic sheet manufacturing in China, Zhanyu Acrylic was born.
In 2003, with the upgrading of technology, Zhanyu expanded its factory. At the same time, it has established an international advanced automated production line, introduced Pilkington's glass molds and sophisticated testing instruments, and selected Japanese Mitsubishi and German Rohm pure new MMA raw materials to ensure the quality of the plates.
In 2012, the production capacity was upgraded and the German precision cast acrylic sheet production line was introduced, and at the same time accelerated the pace of establishing a foothold in the world.
In 2021, with the upgrading of the process, Zhanyu introduced an optical-grade extruded acrylic sheet production line to meet the comprehensive acrylic sheet demand of the market.
At present, Zhanyu has a production base of more than 50,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of more than 30,000 tons, 3 large plate production plants, 1 R&D center; and has passed ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 quality management and environmental protection management systems, CE, SGS international certification , Zhanyu Acrylic Sheets, Acrylic Lenses, Anti-static Acrylic Sheets, etc. sell well all over the country, and are exported to Europe, America, Japan, Korea, the Middle East, Central and South America, Southeast Asia, Africa and other regions.
